API not always working

I am curious about something. I built an API that communicates with a distributor when a person approves an order. It works. However, they are saying that a lot of orders don’t go through. And the distributor is saying they are not hitting them in those cases.

Is there a reason an API might not send 100% of the time? I don’t think the issue is Wappler or the code. I think it might be something where the server just isn’t processing the information or something. Is that possible? Any thoughts on this?
