Silly Stats question

I just looked at my user stats over all time, and it says i have spent 6 days reading the posts on this forum, really, i have used up 6 x 24hours = 144 hours just reading posts.

How are these stats ascertained George, like a login accounts for 10 minutes even if I am only reading for 2 minutes or am I really that addicted. I open facebook once a week so i am not an addictive personality.
