When Wappler's community feels like home 🙌

Hey guys, and ladies! It’s been a long time since i wrote my last topic here in this great community and although I’ve had many things to attend to, the main cause has been this little guy here:

His name is Constantino Augusto, Tino for friends  he was born on September 5 2021, and since then he has not stopped stealing my attention. He is the first one and on the other hand, I am not so young anymore, I am 42 years old, so for me it has been a revolution and a reason for great joy and satisfaction since we have been looking for a few years with my wife.

During these months, although I have not actively participated in this great community I have been reading you and I have also followed the progress regarding the updates that this great software has had.
I have read many of you sharing knowledge and helping each other and i can honestly say It is nice to see that the group continues to grow in number but continues to maintain the same foundations of respect and good communication.

zzz

Although I have had projects in which I have not been able to use Wappler, mainly because it does not handle languages like Ruby or Go, I have been using it to maintain and update the projects I already had and recently started developing some new ones.
I can say that my experience continues to be very positive :muscle:, every time I grab Wappler it feels like I’m playing :video_game:, its entire visual section is very easy to understand and use.
I remember that even from the beginning, about 4 years ago, it always seemed like a very intuitive and easy to learn software, especially for those of us who come from programming with other non-visual frameworks.

Last year I bought a Macbook Pro with M1 chip and I had to forcefully stop using Wappler version 3 and although the speed of both the M1 and Wappler is really incredible, I still suffer from leaving version 3 because the server connect panel occupies the whole screen and it doesn’t let me work at the same time as before on the frontend and the backend and I have to go from tab to tab wasting time, yes, I’m looking at you @Teodor  . Maybe this year we can have the much-heralded split tabs @George? :slightly_smiling_face:

In any case, I still think that Wappler has great potential to be able to develop small, medium and in some cases, also large projects.

Finally, I plan to be more active in this community again since I enjoy messaging and sharing my ideas with you and of course I hope to continue learning and helping as much as I can.

By the way there is a Wappler for kids coming up? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
