Autocreate database table from API schema

I would like an action to create a database table on the Schema Editor after setting up an external API and fetching the schema. This could allow for the unselection of specific fields and updating of field types before creating the table as well.

As an example, the nested fields would become JSON, other columns would match their field type (boolean, string, etc.).
