Docker Machine for Linode or Vultr

Hi,

Digital Ocean does not have any Australian servers/data centres. Linode and Vultr do and seem to be very similar competitors to Digital Ocean.

I know you mentioned more options for Docker Machines were coming, so i thought i suggest one of these two to ensure AU is covered.
