Global hook for server connects

This feature request is for the possibility of a Wappler page handle any non-explicitly-defined server connect dynamic event(s) within the page

This global hook could allow to e.g. show error messages without being necessary to create a dynamic event to handle failures (e.g.: Forbidden, Unauthorised) for each server connect present on the page.

If the SC already has a specified action, yet to determine the behaviour if the global hook/action should still run by default, open for discussion. Make an option per SC if global hook should still be called
