Open partial upon double-click

If you want to edit a partial, you need to manually open the partial page.

I’m suggesting a feature that allows you to double-click on a partial while on any page that uses such partial, that would cause Wappler to open the partial in a new tab (or re-use if already open) so we could perform changes on it
