Operators in UI

In terms of making things more easily understandable, it might be a good idea to add the meaning of operators to them.

Now it’s this:

And I have to manually look up each of those on Google to see what they mean. If you could make it something like:

Then that would be a small improvement in terms of UI/usability.

Or better even to add a sub menu with those directly in the main menu:
