QoL UI: Remember visible/hidden status of right panel when opening a new file

Sometimes I have to work on a laptop with a small screen. When that happens I want to get rid of the left and right panels in order to have code view taking all the space.

Could you guys add a new selectable option in the settings so the right panel stays hidden if I hid it previously even if it was in another file?
