Run Schema Update On Target Change

I quite often find myself switching projects and finding I can’t open a query manager dialogue because the schema for that target’s database hasn’t been updated with a change made in a different target. I then have to go to Database Manager and refresh the schema from there.

A simple fix would be that when a target is changed, the refresh schema runs for that target’s DB to keep it up to date.
