"Select All" auto-fill for Output Fields in Server Connect Repeat Action

I find it would be very handy to have a Select All for the Output Fields of a ServerConnect Repeat action. Perhaps a button that would auto-fill all available fields.

In many cases it would be easier to delete a few output fields, rather than individually selecting the all.

I find myself needs this most when completing CSV import actions, since I usually need all the fields for the action to complete.
