Duplicate option not showing

I’m new here and just learning with a pro account.

I’m watching the video: https://youtu.be/fTHshWOgCcU?t=302 and I don’t have the same options to duplicate the button.

Same goes for inside the header “+” option https://youtu.be/fTHshWOgCcU?t=250

Is this because the video is from 2018 and they made changes since?
