Problem description

The Add Database Connection is missing from the Database Actions list in Server Connect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Server Connect.
2. Select an API Action.
3. Navigate to Steps and right click mouse.
4. Select Database Actions
5. Voila! No “Add Database Connection”
