Anchor buttons disappear if absolute URL with hash is used

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?
Anchor buttons should be visible in Design view when provided with a URL in the format https://xxx.outseta.com/profile#o-authenticated

Actual behavior

Button disappears if the the URL is set to https://xxx.outseta.com/profile#o-authenticated
Button reappears if it’s set to https://xxx.outseta.com/profile

Add an anchor button
Set Link to the URL above
