Problem description

Receive broken image icon when trying to insert .jpg image into page.

Steps to reproduce

1. insert Basic - Image element into container.
2. use image properties src to navigate to image and select, or enter image path (ie. ‘img/10.jpg’)
3. image does not render in design view, but just has a small broken image icon.
