Problem description

API action error, Wappler adding an extra & at the end of the url value. When pasted into web browser the url works. after insert in wappler it does not

Steps to reproduce

1. Add api action on page or in server connect
2. Add url : https://newsapi.org/v2/top-headlines?country=no&apiKey=f29ce7e9bc78484d8c949a81eea5451c
3. Define API scema returns 426 error
4. save and open page in browser: URL is now: https://newsapi.org/v2/top-headlines?country=no&apiKey=f29ce7e9bc78484d8c949a81eea5451c&
