Confirmation Dialog on Submit not submitting

Hi,

I’ve following the instruction on the how to display confirmation dialog and created a Page flow.
The dialog is displayed correctly when the Submit button is clicked, however select “Yes, Continue” doesnt actually submit the form. I did ensure the “Direct” is selected in the options.

No sure where I am going wrong?
