Dynamic Events on App component of included or route file not working

Operating System : Mac OS 12.5

What do you think should happen?

Select the App component in an included or route file, click on Dynamic Events, choose “App–>Load” and get a data picker.

What actually happens?

Nothing
(perhaps this is not a bug and I need to put the action on the index.php file that includes this file? but for now I treat as a bug)
