Ah that explains something I’ve been seeing. I’ll select something in code view, wait a few moments before typing and find that focus has shifted to another element. It happens in design view sometimes too when you update something, the view refreshes and something you were working on earlier gets focus rather than the element you were updating. It is more of a pain in code view, though because it’s not obvious sometimes that the focus has moved.
I end up inadvertently typing into a class property for another element on the page. It can be quite frustrating…
Another symptom is that when selecting a block of code (in code view), the dragging of a selection stops part way through and you have to start again. It seems like the debounce finishes and an event ends the selection (click and drag of mouse). I accept these may not be linked - if you want this listed separately as another bug report, let me know.
