Expected behavior
When opening Wappler (or switching projects), the local server should not start if a remote target is selected
Actual behavior
The local server loads, with the port of the remote target

You can see in the video, that if Staging (a remote own server target) was previously active, the local server loads but with port 3011 instead of 3000:
