Problem description

Connection Error after updating OS

Steps to reproduce

1. No Connection to the localhost after updating OS

2. Before updating everything works fine. Connection etablished and working

3. I didn’t change anything

4 XAMPP 7.3.5-1-vm is still working

Any Idea?
