Popover error - popover stays on page after page change

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

Popover should dissappear as I navigate to another page.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

Popover remains in place on the new page and I get the following error in console:

(above image displays the ‘Coming Soon.’ popover that was on a previous page under a link).

Bootstrap doesn't allow more than one instance per element. Bound instance: bs.popover.
