Project and links dont work

was working on a project, and changed the document relative to siteroot
opened all pages, and saved them again.
now I get this message in wappler design window: No Wappler active project found
also trying to view local on the server gives the same message, and the url has changed and shows:
http://localhost:12345/test2.php
it should be : http://localhost:web1/test2.php
Also in wappler all links,images,design is not showing right.
please advise
