Project settings does not allow database password to be blank

When adding a “custom” database type in project settings the password field is mandatory
Then default for WAMP is username root, no password
This should be allowed in the development environment
Obviously anyone doing this in a production environment needs a good talking to!
(can workaround by adding it via workflows rather than projects screens)
