"run" component in App Flow doesn't recognize available actions in picker

Operating System : Windows 10
Server Model: Node
Database Type: MySQL
Hosting Type: Docker

Expected behavior

When calling a page component action with the “run” App Flow component, I was expecting a modal like this:

Instead I got this modal:

Yet, as shown above this doesn’t show in the available actions.

Please advise what I may be doing wrong.
