API from returned data bind to data store

I have created an api form. Send the data to the server connect. All good. I get a response. All good.

I try and bind the data to a Data Store but for some reason there is no bind options on the returned data.

How do I bind the data returned? Where do I get it from? I tried mapping, defining etc.

Anybody please help I have spend a whole glass of whiskey on this already.
