Cannot Login to my trial since Wappler 5 upgrade

Hi, upgraded to v5, only setup account today, cannot login anymore, do not get a code sent to me, checked junk folder, receiving other emails.
Click on community to login and get the following

400 Invalid Request

missing response_type parameter

any advice would be appreciated
