After some inconvenience I managed to set up a domain with node.js, but it remains an obstacle in connecting the database
The database is not recognized and loaded
The error reported is as follows:
Error connecting: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:3306
What is the cause and how can it be resolved?
