Form Sucess, show modal and then redirect

Hello Everyone!

I would like to show a modal when the user’s sign up is successful, showing a welcome message and then redirect to home page or cart page (if he has products on cart).

The redirects is working, but I don’t know how to show a modal for 3 seconds and then redirect to the correct page.
