How to add ELSE in Dynamic Events Flow Editor

I have a form in which “On Done” Dynamic Event i want to use If then else Condition
But on adding condition it is only adding IF THEN and not IF THEN ELSE

The other forms are working fine. The only difference is on this page i have Query Params, if that makes any difference
