How to check if a date is one calendar month ago (server connect) - is my setup OK?

Hey all,

I’m sure this is a simple one - wondering if anyone has solved it? I’d like (in the SC actions) check if a date field in the DB was one calendar month ago, so that I can then schedule an action. I want to do this on a ‘whole’ day, so it’s more reliable than if something is checking on day/time.

There is Date Add and Date Diff options, they both look like they could do the job but is this setup the most reliable/best practise:
