Navbar bevavior in subfolders

I have a navbar in my project and I’ve added an image in there as well as hiding some elements if I’m not logged in. the navbar works fine on the pages in the root of my site but the pages in the subfolders show the navbar but the photo and the unhidden elements don’t work.
