Accordion head JS not adding on insert

Wappler 2.9.0
Mac OS X Catalina and Mojave

When adding an Accordion Cards component on a new page in design view the .js is not added to the head of the document and I need to manually insert the following.

<script src="/dmxAppConnect/dmxBootstrap4Collapse/dmxBootstrap4Collapse.js" defer=""></script>

Also confirmed by @JonL to not work on his either.
