App Structure - Undoing a Deletion Work With [ctrl-Z]

If I delete something in the App Structure, I can undo the deletion by clicking on the Undo button, but the undo does not work if I click ctrl-Z.

This is a request that the Undo button and ctrl-Z both undo a deletion in the App Structure window!
