Append to a CSV file

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to append the output of a query to an existing CSV file instead of overwriting it or creating a new one every time.

I did not see an “append” option in the Export CSV step, and it would be very useful, especially in those cases where, for example, one needs to produce the header using one query and the records from another.
