Button to Scroll to top of page

Hey Guys,
Been a while but I have a simple question this time. How do I create a button that on click goes to the top of the page? I am seeing in the Browser available actions I am seeing scroll vertical too. Is that how to do it, if so can you give me a quick walkthrough.
