Calendar - Time Offset

Hi Community,
The Calendar feature is fantastic and displays event well (static or dynamic). I store my event date/times as UTC, and need to translate them by a value (that I call “TZdiff”).
I see that there is an option to have the calendar “Local” or “UTC” but both do not make a difference, whether I’m on a VPN to another place or not.
As an example below. An event is happening at UTC time 6pm, which shows as such in the Cal. But we’d like the Cal to show 2pm (14:00) which is UTC time minus 4 hours TZ Diff.
