Calendar tooltip remains open after moving an event and updating database

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

After moving a calendar event (this event has a dynamic tooltip), updating the database with the new event start/end time, the tooltip that appears should stop displaying after the event has been moved and the mouse is no longer hovering over the event.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

After moving a calendar event, updating the database with the new event start/end time, the tooltip that appears remains stuck on the screen after the event has been moved and the mouse is no longer hovering over the event.

How to reproduce

1. Create a calendar with dynamic events
2. Set a tooltip for events
3. Set a Event Drop/Move action that updates the event start/end time
4. Move the event to a new time slot
5. The tooltip remains on screen
