Cannot appear to use negative margins with BS5

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

I would like to use a negative margin to show a column appearing in the row above.

If I write such in an inline style method, e.g. margin-top: -100px; then it works fine but if I use the Wappler UI it fails.
