Cannot use 'Set Value' within an 'If File Exists' Step

Picking a Data Binding from a Server Action should be normal.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

Server Connect becomes unavailable when picking a 'Data Binding' if a 'Set Value' has been used within an 'If File Exists' Server Action.

How to reproduce

When you add a New Action Step 'If File Exists' and 'Set Value' within that 'Step'

and go to pick a Data Binding, then the Server Actions are unavailable.

If you then 'Set Session' instead
