Change Primary Button Text Color via Theme Manager

Hi there, is it possible to change the button font color for the primary button through the theme manager. I dont know if I am being blind but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I can ovveride the color with a CSS style but I would prefer to use the theme manager if possible.

So I would like my primary button to have a white font color instead of grey:

In the theme manager I can only see where to set the button background color and not the font color.
