Conditional regions invisible in design view

I am using conditional region a lot.
However when I add one, they automatically disappear in the design view, this makes it difficult to changes.

To me it would make more sense if I would still be able to see them in the design view despite of the condition.

This way I can make amendments without disabling the conditional regions all the time.
