Database Custom Query

Exampel:

I have two tabels: maneger_test and maneger_level_test.

The maneger_test.level input is comes from a drop down from maneger_level.test (the id)

Here is the custom query and output:

Problem: I need to have the maneger_test.id in the query output (I do not need the id from maneger_levet_test). How to do?
I am using PHP and MySql.
