Database Manager: Data not saving in one table when using View/Edit Data

Expected behavior

Values should save in database record

Actual behavior

Values are erased on save.

How to reproduce

I’m not sure how to reproduce. This appears to be some type of bug, but I’m not sure how to troubleshoot the issue or what is the cause. It seems to only affect this one table.
