Deployment error Digital Ocean

Never had real problems when deploying my website to a digital ocean droplet.
As of now I suddenly get an error:
ERROR: for db Cannot create container for service db:

I tried restarting the droplet, clean unused docker images.
Running docker scan in the terminal says I need to be connected to a docker hub to perform te test?

What else can I try? Deleting the droplet and creating a new one from scratch?
