DMX GeoLocation not adding Head js

If I open a new page, add AppConnect, Bootstrap CDN, and the DMX Geolocation Component it adds a folder to the directory structure for dmx/Geolocation with the dmxGeolocation.js file inside it however it does not add the <script type="text/javascript" src="dmxAppConnect/dmxGeolocation/dmxGeolocation.js"></script> to the head section.

If i manually add the script tag it works perfectly.
