Docker issue, deploy to remote DO droplet

Another day in battle with docker

Everything was working fine until recently but now when I select docker remote target nothing appears to be running. Indicator is red, refresh does nothing
Anyone any suggestions?

I have another DO / docker project set up which works perfectly so I assume not setup related
