Does anyone know if its possible to create slide up and down parts of the page on mobile

Hey All,

Just wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible and if so a gentle push in the right direction on how to create slide up and down parts of the page. These are possibly called handlebars and you can see in the below image how the google maps app uses this on the directions page.

As you probably already know if you have google maps that grabbing this handlebar and dragging it down just a little bit will make the page collapse down to reveal more of the map, then drag it back up to reveal the directions.

I already have an idea how to do the page movements I more just dont know how to incorporate the dragging gesture.
