Dragable Sortable Solution

I’m looking for a ‘Dragable/Sortable’ solution I can use for clients to select the order in which images associated with a record are placed.

I have found the following and wonder if anyone would be willing to help me create a grid of dynamic images that would be sortable both on a web page and on a mobile device?
