Problem description

I think there is a minor bug in the server action “Editor” function, because the editor assumes that a change was made every time the server action is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a Server Action
2. Right Click and select “Open in Editor”
3. Without making any changes, attempt to close the file
4. You will see a prompt to save first.

The expected behaviour is to see that prompt only if a change was made.

Again, this is really minor, but thought you may want to know about it.
